Name

• The Clients agree to retain Payton Hostetler for the services listed above by signing this wedding videography contract and paying a deposit equal to 25% of the total fee listed above. The remaining balance for the above listed wedding videography services shall be due in full on or before the date of final film delivery.

• The Clients may cancel this contract at any time up to 30 days prior to ceremony date time. The Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation should they cancel this wedding videography contract after the date 30 days before ceremony date time. If cancellation notice is provided during this time, The Clients are entitled to full return on their deposit.

• The Clients may reschedule the dates of the ceremony and reception listed above no later than 30 days prior to ceremony date time. Should Payton Hostetler be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Clients will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this wedding videography contract and will be returned the initial deposit.

• If Payton Hostetler should be unable to provide the goods and services outlined in this contract for any reason, he agrees to refund any fees paid by the Client, minus applicable expenses, and shall have no further liability with regards to this contract. This also applies to any loss or damage to footage or other materials after the events listed in this contract.

• The Clients state familiarity with Payton Hostetler’s portfolio and are requesting services with knowledge of his artistic style. The Clients understand that the results may be slightly different from films produced in the past, and that in creating the films, Payton Hostetler shall use personal artistic judgement to create results consistent with his personal vision of the event. The client acknowledges that the films shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.

• Payton Hostetler will provide the goods and services listed in this wedding videography contract, including event coverage for up to 8 hours at the venues listed. If additional coverage hours are requested on the day of the events, Clients agree to pay Payton Hostetler in full for those additional hours at the hourly rate of $150. Payton Hostetler agrees to make every possible effort to provide satisfactory coverage, but cannot make any guarantees as to specific clips, poses, etc during the event.

• Payton Hostetler is responsible for bringing any equipment necessary to conduct the services outlined in this contract. While capturing every moment perfectly is a priority, Payton Hostetler is not responsible for footage compromised by other photographers or guests. Clients acknowledge potential risks and are responsible for helping to maintain ideal filming conditions. Payton Hostetler will not be held liable for compromised event coverage due to interference from other parties, including late arrivals by members of the wedding party or their guests. Likewise, he is not responsible for degraded coverage due to environmental issues, such as poor event lighting, space, or backdrops. Client agrees to confirm the event's date, time, and location no later than 7 days prior to.

• Payton Hostetler will perform color correction, editing, music selection, and retouching prior to delivering any copies of clips or videos to the Clients. Final results will be delivered digitally in MP4 format via online download. The Clients may request additional physical copies of files from the event no later than 30 days after product delivery date.

• This wedding videography contract serves as a model release. This grants Payton Hostetler the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, online sharing, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. Client agrees not to modify and reproduce the images or footage provided by Payton Hostetler without first obtaining a formal written release signed by Payton Hostetler.
